I am a collector of old things. Photographs, books, packaging, advertising, sheet music — anything that strikes my eye.

Fading colors, scratches, patina – all these elements are striking to me. Beauty earned through time – by passing through a multitude of hands and places, or simply by resting, forgotten, for decades. These things have stories to tell.

I have honed my collection for twenty years or so, and have often tried to make art out of my trove. This time, using digital tools, I think I’ve found something that captures the essence of what I love about these old things, but also brings something new to the equation.
